IYO What brand makes the best lipsticks?
Does IYO mean “in your opinion?” I feel like I never know abbreviations. Anyway, I think MAC makes the best lipsticks all-over. There’s an enormous color selection and they have a nice scent and for most (even lustres, really) the pigmentation is outstanding. If you want drugstore lipsticks, Revlon Lip Butters are phenomenal (though some are rather sheer, while others are crazy pigmented) and the CoverGirl lipsticks in the rectangular, metallic packaging are great, as well.
